Just.bet Review 2026: 603 wallets in, no licence behind it
By Elias Varga
When Just.bet opens, there’s a Privy dialog to enter an email, sign in with Google, Twitter, or Discord, or continue with a wallet, which lists 603 wallets with MetaMask first. Deposits are USDC on Arbitrum and the balance is WINR, the token settled against all bets. Your money is secured in escrow and you can withdraw it if the site goes dark, something no other casino on the site offers. The terms are just as clear on the other side: the company is registered in Costa Rica, has no gaming license, and results are determined off chain.
Welcome offer150% deposit bonus on the home page, terms only behind the loginNo bonus terms are published logged out. The terms say each promotion carries its own conditions, shown with the offer.

How you get in: wallet sign-in, casino-held balance
The login screen
A wallet or email can be used to sign in. Your playing balance is held in escrow, not in the company’s wallet, and there’s an emergency exit by Merkle proof. It’s not Tier 1. The terms state that outcomes are not stored on a blockchain. There’s a one-per-person limit on accounts, and they can request ID to verify your identity before a withdrawal.
- Wallet buttons
- Continue with a wallet is the fifth option, under email, Google, Twitter and Discord. It opens a list of 603 wallets with MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, Base and 1inch at the top
- Email required
- No. Email is one route among five, and the home page says no extension or seed phrase is needed, because Privy creates a wallet for email and social users
- What you sign
- A Privy sign-in message. Deposits are separate USDC transfers on Arbitrum into the escrow contract
- ID checks at sign-up
- None. Clause 4 of the terms keeps the right to verify identity before certain activity, including withdrawals, and clause 7 calls the checks self-regulated
- Before a withdrawal
- Possible verification and the Arbitrum network fee. If the platform is offline, the terms allow an emergency withdrawal straight from the contract with a Merkle proof

Five ways in, and 603 wallets behind the fifth
Selecting Login brings up a Privy dialog. Email, Google, Twitter and Discord fields are in order, followed by a continue with wallet button. The button opens a new dialog showing Select your Wallet and a search bar to locate wallets. The first 5 results are MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, Base and 1inch Wallet. Pick a wallet, sign the message, and the account is created.
The social media and email methods work because Privy makes a wallet for you behind the login; the homepage puts it as no extensions, seed phrases or crypto experience needed. That is an embedded wallet, and who holds the keys is the topic of our embedded wallets guide. Clause 4 of the terms keeps the one account rule and asks for accurate details and says you are liable for your details and your wallet access. What the sign-in message does and does not authorize is in what connect wallet means.
Licence: none, and the first clause of the terms says so
- Nonegaming licence, by clause 1
- Costa Ricawhere the company is registered
- Courtsof Costa Rica for disputes, clause 16
Most casinos on this site place a licence seal in the footer. Just.bet places a paragraph in their terms. Clause 1, Operator Identity, states the platform is run by JustBet, a Costa Rican company, which provides entertainment and data-processing services, that Costa Rica has no online gambling licences and no gambling regulator, and that JustBet does not hold, claim or operate under any gaming licence and does not represent that it is licensed or regulated as a gambling operator in any jurisdiction.
No company number and no address appear anywhere on the site; the only contact is a support email. Clause 7 states that no Costa Rican authorities require anti-money-laundering or ID checks for this activity and that the checks JustBet does are self-regulated. In case of a dispute, they will be resolved in the Courts of Costa Rica (clause 16). There is no adjudicator to write to, should a withdrawal be denied, and that is the practical difference from an Anjouan or Tobique license, which is covered in our legality guide.
27 countries blocked at the network level
- 27countries named in clause 3
- Networklevel: where the block is enforced
- Irelandnot named, not blocked
Clause 3 of the Terms lists 27 countries and 3 regions of Ukraine, and states the block is implemented at the network level. Ireland is not on the list. Clause 3 also states that the block is extended to all places where access requires a local license that JustBet does not hold, and it voids play and winnings for persons who manage to circumvent the block.
Named in clause 3 (effective 11 July 2026): United States and its territories, United Kingdom, France and its territories, Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Cyprus, Singapore, Costa Rica, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iraq and Venezuela, plus Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk.
Costa Rica is on its own operator's list. Canada, most of Latin America, Scandinavia and the rest of the EU are not named.
Deposits: USDC on Arbitrum, WINR as the chip
- USDCon Arbitrum, the only deposit asset
- WINRthe token every bet settles in
- 500.80MWINR in the bankroll, July 2026
Clause 5 of the terms states that all deposits and withdrawals are to and from the Arbitrum network in USDC and that player funds are secured on the Arbitrum network in an escrow contract. The homepage describes this from the other side: WINR (the chip) settles all bets, you deposit WINR on Arbitrum or bridge it in, and the house bankroll is funded by liquidity providers rather than by JustBet. One chain, One Stablecoin, One Token on the Table.
- Deposit assetUSDC on Arbitrum (terms 5); WINR on Arbitrum or bridged in (home page)
- Where it goesAn escrow contract on Arbitrum, not a company wallet
- Balance shown asWINR, the token every bet is settled in; a Show in USD toggle exists
- MinimumNot published anywhere reachable logged out
- FeesArbitrum network fee on the transfer; no Just.bet fee stated
- BankrollWINR Bankroll pool, 500.80M WINR in July 2026 by the site's own update
- SettlementFinal once confirmed; no reversal, cancellation or chargeback (terms 5)
- Token riskWINR is a traded token; a balance in it moves with its price between deposit and withdrawal
The token is the make or break. USDT balances at other casinos will still be USDT balances tomorrow. At WINR, it’s a gamble on what it’ll be worth when you cash out. The July 2026 update also shows 17.37 million WINR were burned in a month, which is another sign of supply management. Transfers on Arbitrum cost only cents, other sites that allow ETH-family deposits are on the Ethereum Casinos page, and our Gas Fee Guide has the costs.
Withdrawals: on-chain, with an exit that does not need the casino
- Merkleproof: the exit that needs no one at Just.bet
- USDCout on Arbitrum
- Finalonce confirmed: no reversal
A normal withdrawal is a USDC transfer out of the escrow contract to your wallet on Arbitrum. The terms allow verification, conditions, and network fees before it is released. The terms also state no minimum and no processing time. Unusually, the terms also state an exit that works without anyone at Just.Bet pressing a button.
- Request the withdrawal. Pick the amount in the cashier. Clause 5 says withdrawals may be subject to verification and conditions, and clause 4 says identity verification may be required before withdrawals; nothing says when it is triggered.
- Wait for the on-chain transfer. USDC leaves the escrow contract to your address on Arbitrum. Once confirmed it is final: the terms rule out reversal, cancellation and chargeback.
- If the site is offline, use the emergency withdrawal. Clause 5 says that because funds are held on-chain, you can withdraw directly from the contract with a Merkle proof even if the platform is unavailable. Clause 14 repeats it: your on-chain funds remain accessible after a suspension or termination.
- Know what the proof covers. A Merkle proof releases the balance the platform last committed to the chain. The game results that produced that balance were decided off-chain, so the exit protects the money, not the outcome of a disputed bet.
No other casino on this site writes an exit like that into their terms, and it’s the main reason Just.Bet is this high in the On-Chain Casinos Ranking, despite the licence. The normal route and the address and network checks before you send, are in the withdrawal guide.
Fairness: commit and reveal, with the outcome decided off the chain
- SHA-256hash published before you bet
- 1,000bets, then the seed rotates on its own
- Off-chainwhere outcomes are decided
Clause 6 provides detailed information about the scheme, which is unusual among casinos. Just.bet publishes the SHA-256 hash of the server seed that is generated for your account prior to you placing any bets. Each bet uses that server seed along with a client seed that you can set and a bet number that is incremented for each bet. When you rotate the seed, the old seed is made publicly available, allowing previous bets to be recomputed. Automatic rotation of the seed occurs after 1,000 bets. Multiplayer rounds use a separate hash chain whose head is published before the first round.
| What | Where it happens | Can you check it |
|---|---|---|
| Your balance | Escrow contract on Arbitrum | Yes, on the chain |
| The bankroll | WINR Bankroll contract, funded by liquidity providers | Yes, on the Proof of Bankroll page and the chain |
| Bet outcomes | Just.bet's servers, HMAC-SHA256 over the seeds and nonce | After a seed rotation, by recomputing |
| Multiplayer rounds | A hash chain with a published head | By recomputing against the head |
Terms clause 6 and the home page FAQ
As stated in Clause 6, game outcomes are not recorded on a blockchain, are not produced by a verifiable random function, and are not accompanied by a per-bet cryptographic proof. The home page states that spins can settle money instantly on-chain, but that money is not the outcome of the spins. The difference between money and the outcome of the spins is the main subject of our provably fair on-chain guide.
Rewards: cashback and a ladder, with the terms behind the login
- 150%deposit bonus on the home page
- 0bonus terms readable logged out
- 50%of cashback paid at once to the balance
The home page states that it offers a 150% deposit bonus and a 100K WINR race. The rewards page outlines the structure of the program without providing specific values: a VIP ladder from Unranked to Bronze and up, Cashback that is paid half immediately to the main balance and half as a bonus, and daily, weekly and monthly bonuses that include current and future bonuses. Clause 10 of the terms states that each promotion is linked to specific terms and conditions that are provided with the offer, and that conditions cannot be accessed prior to signing in.
| Reward | What the site says | Terms published |
|---|---|---|
| 150% deposit bonus | A tile on the home page | No |
| Cashback | 50% instant to your balance, 50% distributed as bonuses | No rate shown |
| Daily, weekly, monthly bonus | Current and upcoming amounts on the rewards page | No |
| Level up and VIP progress | Unranked, Bronze and higher tiers; richer rewards per tier | No |
| 100K WINR Race | A tile on the home page | No |

A 150% match with unpublished wagering is not an offer you can value, so this review will not. Every bonus here pays in WINR, which adds the price of the token to the wagering amount. The offers with printed rules are on our bonus page.
Games: originals, and slots made by other players
- 402published games in July 2026
- 0outside studios
- 8lessons in the Creator Academy
Just.bet, a creator casino, allows users to describe a slot, have AI generate the art and math, and publish it. The creator is rewarded by the volume the slot takes. Other players can purchase Game Shares, which take a cut of that game's revenue. The July 2026 update reported a total of 402 games published. The front page has a game called WINR of Olympus 1000x, created by Tryggvason, and Just.bet's own tables.
The traditional games include Roll, Mines, Dice, Wheel, Coin Flip, Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Deuces Wild, Casino Hold'em and a PvP Poker room. Just.bet employs the same seed scheme used for all other games, so expect the same experience across the entire site. There are no external game studios, so you will not find Pragmatic Play or Evolution titles, or live dealers. There is a Creator Academy to teach the fundamentals of slot creation. The site has an NSFW content toggle.
New maths means the RTP you get is decided by the creator. That's the trade for thousands of unusual games. You won't find any of the names on our Web3 slots page.
Rules that decide what happens to the balance
- Emailthe only route to self-exclusion and limits
- Clause 7lets the account be frozen on suspicion
- On-chainfunds stay reachable after a termination
Just.bet is honest about what it is not: not licensed, not fully on-chain, not regulated anywhere. The escrow contract is a real protection for the money. Nothing on the site protects you from the house if a result is disputed, because there is no one above the house to ask.
Elias Varga, CryptoReelThe Responsible Gaming Page effective 11th July 2026 offers self-exclusion and cooling-off by email to support and deposit loss or session limits by email. No tool on the site enables you to set limits yourself. Gamban is suggested for blocking, and Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous are the help organizations named.
Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions states Just.bet can verify your identity before processing withdrawals, and clause 7 states Just.bet can freeze or close your account if it is suspicious of fraud or money laundering. There is no external appeal. Clause 14 states Just.bet can suspend or terminate your account without notice. You can continue to access your on-chain funds. Reduce the balance of WINR, cash out to USDC after a gambling session, and transfer funds from a separate gambling wallet. You will find these and other resources on our responsible gaming page.

For the money, Just.bet is definitely the closest thing to a true on-chain casino. There are real escrow contracts and an emergency exit. For everything else, it’s an unlicensed casino that settles bets on its own servers and uses its own token. Feel free to use it as an experiment with funds you have already written off, in a wallet kept for that purpose. Treat every bonus as unknown until you read the terms and conditions.

Just.bet questions people ask
Is Just.bet licensed?
No. Just.bet’s own terms and conditions, effective from the 11th of July, 2026 state that the company is Costa Rican registered, that Costa Rica issues no online gambling licenses, and that JustBet doesn’t possess, claim or operate under any gaming license or represent itself as licensed or regulated.
Can I log in to Just.bet with a wallet?
Yes. You can use Email, Google, Twitter, Discord, and a Wallet to sign up. The Wallet sign up option lists 603 wallets, with MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, Base, and 1inch at the top. Embedded Wallets are provided to Email and Social sign ups.
Where does my money sit at Just.bet?
According to Clause 5 of the Terms and conditions and the Home Page FAQ, Just.bet is located on Arbitrum, with Escrow contracts. Deposits and Withdrawals are made in USDC. The playing balance is in WINR. If the platform is offline, a player can retrieve his/her funds directly from the Escrow contract via a Merkle Proof.
Is Just.bet fully on-chain?
No. The terms call the platform hybrid, partly on-chain and partly operated off-chain, and not fully decentralized. The funds and the bankroll are on the chain. The bet outcomes are computed on Just.bet’s servers with an HMAC-SHA256 commit and reveal scheme and are not recorded on a blockchain.
Does Just.bet ask for KYC?
Not at sign-up. Clause 4 says identity verification may be required before certain activities, including withdrawals, and Clause 7 says the AML and KYC checks are applied on a self-regulated basis because no Costa Rican authority requires them.
Which countries does Just.bet block?
The Terms state the block is enforced at the network level. It includes 27 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, The Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Cyprus, Singapore, and Costa Rica, as well as the sanctioned states and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Ireland is not on the list.

Original games created by Just.Bet like Roll, Mines, Dice, Wheel, Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker and PvP Poker, as well as player-generated slots, 402 of them by the July 2026 update. There are no outside studios or live dealer tables.
