A Solana wallet (Phantom, for example) signs you in, and the deposit is taken by Solcasino. The balance you wager is a member account in the casino, and is transferred to you upon withdrawal, with gas being the only cost.

Phantom first, then a username you did not choose

The Connect button shows a small window with the Solcasino logo, and eight tiles in two columns. The tiles are for: Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter, Backpack, MetaMask, WalletConnect, Google Auth and Email. There is no other info. There is a single line of text under the tiles, which explain that by clicking Connect, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. You are also agreeing that you are at least 18 years old, and that gambling is allowed in your jurisdiction.

Press Phantom. The extension or phone app asks for a signature. It moves nothing; Solcasino opens or finds the member account tied to that address. Solflare, Backpack and Jupiter do the same on Solana; MetaMask and WalletConnect cover the Ethereum-family chains.
Take or change the username. Clause 3.1.3 says you can choose one or the system assigns one. The same clause says the wallet is the login, so there is no password to set.
Deposit to the address the cashier shows. Each token has its own network and address. Sending to the wrong one, or to a hot wallet or contract instead of the deposit address, triggers a recovery fee of 10% or $100, and only for amounts above $1,000.
Or use Telegram. The @SolcasinoIOBot logs you straight in with a Play Now button. The docs warn that a Telegram login cannot be joined to an account you made before.

According to 3.1.2, there is one account per household, IP address and computer. Having two accounts results in both accounts being blocked, and the balances being reclaimed. The footer identifies Three Gaming Limitada, a Costa Rican company (registration number 3-102-910242) with an address at a law office in Jacó, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

In fact, the Commission’s own validator at https://validate.thetgc.ca lists the company as ThreeGaming Limited, with the same address, both the solcasino.io domains, and an operating status of valid under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023.

Tobique is a First Nation regulator in New Brunswick, Canada. Its validator page says a complaint about a breach of the license can be made to the Commission after the operator has been heard.

The footer provides a useful piece of information to read twice. The operator’s license is only valid to cover wagering and does not cover trading of financial instruments or currencies. 1000x crypto futures offered by the site are not covered by the license. The terms do not print one operator list. They print the methodology of the regulator. The Tobique list of restricted and enhanced-due-diligence countries dated 2 February 2024, which is derived from the FATF’s Black and Grey lists, worst cases of public sector corruption, and international sanctions, is what they reproduce.

The AML policy and documents are clearer and more concise. The Docs also contain a long page of blocks that each game studio applies on its own. Ireland is not included on the operator lists.

On 1st May 2025, the Supported Tokens page listed 47 rows. 10 of these were core tokens: SOL, two major stablecoins, BTC, ETH, BNB, DOGE, XRP, AVAX and POL. The others were community tokens, the majority of which were memecoins on the Solana blockchain. They had lower bet and withdrawal limits, a price sourced from the 24 hour average, and thin market liquidity.

There is no published minimum deposit, and the lowest bonus tier is $10, the lowest figure on the site. 3.2.10 states that only personal crypto is permitted and 3.2.5 states that all withdrawals are held until the previous deposits are confirmed. Solana has low fees, and the sites that accept SOL are listed on the Solana casinos page.

The terms state that there are two possible time periods: one of an hour (3.3.1) and the other of ten minutes (3.3.7) which is stated in the terms and conditions while warning that a large win is first verified by the games studio. The other important statement for a wallet player is stated in 3.3.8, which states that Solcasino will charge nothing, and the player pays the gas fees. If a player chooses to withdraw to a destination that is not a Web3 wallet, a fee is charged.

The gas fee guide details the average cost of each blockchain and the withdrawal guide goes over the process of what happens during an address and network check. The $10,000 cap is per token, so a large balance spread across SOL and USDC will clear faster than a single large coin balance, however a large win will still take a few days to clear.

The deposit bonus is paid in USDB, a reward unit that is converted to USDT at a 1:1 ratio when redeemed. Four deposits of $10 or more are required to qualify, with the percentage increasing from 180% to 360% for each successive qualifying deposit. Initially, all units of USDB are locked in a treasure box. USDB unlocks at 1‰ of every dollar wagered, and a player is unable to make a claim until they’ve unlocked 5 units of USDB.

The docs provide a worked example: a $100 first deposit fills the box with 180 USDB, and in order to unlock all of it, a player would have to wager $180,000. Withdrawing at any point cancels what is still locked. In effect, the bonus is a 0.1% cashback of turnover, but limited to a given ceiling.

So then, rakeback can be compared to this. By default, players are given 5% rakeback for every bet they make, and this is claimable every 30 minutes. Half of the rakeback is credited to their balance immediately and the other half over 3 days. Levels run at a rate of 1 EXP for every dollar wagered, to a max of level 80. Daily bonuses are offered, and a weekly bonus is given at level 15 (20% immediately, 80% over 7 days). A monthly bonus is offered, with 20% of the reward given immediately, and the remaining 80% given over 30 days.

There is a hash server seed shown before a bet, and you control the client seed. A nonce is shown for each bet. A verification tool is provided to check the result once the seed pair is rotated.

Futures: 1000x leverage, outside the licence

Crypto futures trading runs up to 1000x on BTC and ETH, and on a range of meme coins, plus loot boxes. There are Live Multi Rooms where a streamer opens a shared bankroll and takes a commission for every bet made. The footer says the licence covers wagering only, and thus trading financial instruments is completely unregulated.

Solcasino's cashier is the kind a Solana wallet deserves: fast, no fee back to the wallet, and a licence that answers on the regulator's own page. The $10,000 day and the one-in-a-thousand bonus are the two numbers that change how you should use it.

Self-exclusion is set from the profile menu and can’t be shortened or reversed. The account reopens on its own when the time is up. Option Forever closes the account under 3.4.1. There is no description of a deposit or loss limit tool. The responsible gambling page points to support to take a break from one or all products. Three clauses cover idle money. An account with no deposits, under $0.10 and has not logged in for 60 days is closable under 3.4.7.
