Rabby Wallet Casino Guide 2026: a preview before you sign

Elias Varga, CryptoReel editor By Elias Varga

None of the casinos in this review have a Rabby button, and that is the first of a few things to know about a Rabby wallet casino: Rabby uses the same browser call as MetaMask, or a WalletConnect code from the phone app. It adds a step before the signature: a scan of the request, and a preview of what the balance will look like after the transaction. The rest of this guide explores the wallet, the three ways it connects to a casino, and the preview's limits at a casino login.

What Rabby is at a casino

An EVM wallet, in three forms

From its own description, it is an open-source browser extension used by 900,000 on the Chrome Web Store, a desktop application published under the MIT license, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. It does not have Solana or native Bitcoin, but has every EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) network a casino cashier credits, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain.

Built around the moment before you sign

The promises listed in the store listing are: A seamless multi-chain experience, risk protection with a preview of potential losses, and the upcoming change of balance shown prior to confirmation. That last point is the major selling point of the wallet.

No button of its own at any casino

Of the ten casinos reviewed, eight show a button for MetaMask, two show a picker, and none show a Rabby button. The extension answers the call behind a MetaMask button in a browser with no other wallet extensions, and the phone app answers a WalletConnect code. The routes section covers both.

What the preview can tell you at a casino, and what it cannot

  • 0balance change in a login signature
  • 1wallet extension active at a time
  • 5casinos with a QR for the phone app

Where the preview earns its keep

  • A deposit: the preview shows the coin leaving and the balance after it, so a wrong amount or a wrong token is visible before the signature
  • A token approval: the request that lets a contract move a token later is exactly what a pre-sign scan is built to flag, and an unlimited amount is the case to reject
  • A swap inside a casino's own cashier: the balance change shows what comes back, not only what goes out
  • A transaction on a chain you did not mean to use: the network is part of what the preview shows

Where it has nothing to show

  • A sign-in message: it moves nothing, so there is no balance change to preview; what to read instead is the site name inside the message
  • The casino's balance: once a deposit lands, it is the casino's ledger, and no wallet previews what a casino does with it
  • The casino's terms: the licence, the countries excluded and the verification clause sit on the review, not in the wallet
  • A look-alike site: a scan reads the request, not the domain; the address bar is still your job

Token approvals at crypto casinos covers the one request a preview is built to catch, and sign-in with Ethereum explains a message that gives a preview nothing to show.

Three ways in, with no Rabby button anywhere

  1. Behind a MetaMask button, in the browser. A MetaMask button opens whichever wallet extension answers the page's wallet call. With MetaMask and Rabby both installed, MetaMask's own help centre names more than one active wallet client as the most common reason a site cannot connect, and tells you to switch the others off on the browser's extensions page. Run Rabby alone, and the eight MetaMask buttons are Rabby's.
  2. Through a WalletConnect code, from the phone app. Rabby Mobile's iOS release notes place WalletConnect in Settings. Dexsport, BC.Game and Solcasino show a WalletConnect option at login; Metawin's Web3 Wallet button and Just.bet's wallet list open pickers that show a QR code.
  3. Inside a picker that lists installed wallets. A site that discovers wallets through EIP-6963 can show Rabby beside MetaMask when both are installed. No reviewed casino was checked for that, so the MetaMask buttons above are confirmed for MetaMask only, and Rabby's claim to them rests on running alone.

Roobet, Rollbit and Fairspin show MetaMask only, with no WalletConnect: on a desktop the extension can answer them, on a phone there is no route for the app.

Solcasino's MetaMask tile is its EVM door. The four Solana tiles beside it are not Rabby's; Solana is outside the wallet.

Set-up that works at a casino

  • InstallFrom the store listing linked at rabby.io; the Chrome listing is published from rabby.io and dated 30 September 2026
  • The phraseCreate a new wallet and write its recovery phrase on paper, or import a phrase you already hold. Rabby never needs it again
  • One extensionSwitch other wallet extensions off while Rabby is the one in use, on MetaMask's own advice about connection failures
  • NetworksEthereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain and the other EVM chains the cashiers credit; pick the one the casino names before you send
  • GasEach chain pays fees in its own coin; a stablecoin alone cannot move
  • A wallet for playA separate account funded per session keeps the casino's view small; the burner guide has the set-up

The burner wallet guide covers the separate account; gas fees at crypto casinos lists what each chain costs per move.

What you sign at a casino login

The connect prompt. The site requests to see your address. Approving this shows the casino the address and what is on it; this also allows the site to request signatures, and it moves nothing. The name on the prompt and in the address bar must be the same.

The sign-in message. At the reviewed casinos the login is a message signature, a short text that names the site, and signed by your key. There is no transaction and no fee. Rabby's preview has nothing to show, which is the right outcome; a login that alters your balance is not a login.

What never belongs at login. A transaction or token approval. Neither proves your identity, and both change what the site can do with your coins. Stopping you from doing either is the purpose of the pre-sign scan. Reject, and close the tab.

What to keep an eye on

Open source is not the same as the real download. The listing linked from rabby.io is the one to install; a search ad or a message link is not.

A scan reads the request, not the site. The address bar, and the domain each review records, decide whether the request is the casino's at all.

The deposit is not previewed on the far side. Once it lands it is the casino's balance, and the licence and country clauses on the review govern what happens next.

On-chain vs custodial draws the line between your wallet and your balance. Is Web3 gambling legal? covers the licensing side.

Rabby questions players ask

Which casinos accept Rabby?

None of the ten reviewed here has Rabby. Rabby answers the browser call behind a MetaMask button. So the eight casinos that show one (Dexsport, BC.Game, BetFury, Roobet, Bitcasino.io, Solcasino, Rollbit and Fairspin) are where the extension can sign in. One wallet extension can run at a time. Its phone app has WalletConnect in its settings and opens the QR route to Dexsport, BC.Game, Solcasino, Metawin and Just.bet. The MetaMask ranking scores the eight.

Is Rabby a Solana wallet?

No. Rabby describes itself as your go-to wallet for Ethereum and EVM and nothing beyond that. A Solana casino like Solcasino’s Solana door needs Phantom or another Solana wallet, and Rabby can still sign into Solcasino through its MetaMask tile for EVM tokens.

Can Rabby Wallet hold bitcoin?

Not native Bitcoin. The wallet is built for Ethereum and EVM chains and a BTC balance on the Bitcoin network is beyond its scope. A casino cashier that credits BTC wants a Bitcoin wallet or an exchange withdrawal for that coin; the same casino's ETH or stablecoin lists are where Rabby fits.

Is Rabby Wallet safer than MetaMask?

Different, and no page can rank safety. What Rabby adds is the step before a signature: its listing promises pre-transaction risk assessment scanning and the upcoming balance change before you sign a transaction. MetaMask has its own warnings and a far larger install base. What neither changes is the recovery phrase: whoever holds it holds the wallet, and no scan protects a phrase typed into the wrong page.

How do I deposit into Rabby Wallet?

Send coins to the wallet's address on the network the sender lists: from an exchange, withdraw to that address on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base or whichever chain you will deposit from, and keep a little of the chain's own coin for fees. Rabby is a wallet, not an exchange, so it has no deposit button of its own; the address is the deposit.

Does Rabby work on a phone at a casino?

From its App Store listings, GitHub repos, and release notes, Rabby Mobile claims WalletConnect is in Settings. Five of the ten casinos in the study had a WalletConnect option for login, which can be scanned in the app. The route is the casino's side of the story, confirmed on its screen.

Who makes Rabby?

The extension is published on the Chrome Web Store under rabby.io, and is developed on GitHub under RabbyHub. The desktop app is released under an MIT license. The iOS app's seller is OPCODE LABS PTE. LTD., and its copyright line mentions DeBank Global PTE. LTD.

Is Rabby open source?

The extension is an open source crypto wallet for the Ethereum network. Its code can be found on GitHub, along with the desktop and mobile apps under the RabbyHub organization.
