The following explains what to send with a correction and what the mailbox is not for, since the site is not a casino.

Email address: post@cryptoreel.net. It is read by Elias Varga, the editor. Email in English, Hungarian or Portuguese is accepted. Emails are answered when time permits, and a correction is checked on the site of the casino or wallet maker; there is no promised reply time. Privacy policy defines the use of the email and the message sent.

Sending a correction

Name the page. Paste its address, or its heading.
Quote the figure. The amount, date, clause or wording that is wrong, as it appears on this site.
Point at the right one. A clause number in the casino's terms, a screen in its cashier, or a page on the wallet maker's site. A correction that names its source is checked and applied with a new date on the page; one that does not is checked when the casino is next re-checked.

Casinos change their minimums, fees and offers, and the terms of their services without notice. Therefore a figure may be outdated between updates. Every page carries its date.

CryptoReel is not a casino, has no accounts, and has no access to any casino systems.

A dispute with a casino

Start with the casino's own route. Contact its support with dates, amounts and the clauses you rely on. Every review on this site quotes withdrawal and verification clauses with their numbers. You can cite them.

Then the regulator the casino names. Each review gives the license as the casino states it and the register it was checked on. A regulator can take a complaint against its licensee; it cannot act against a casino that states no license, which is the case with one of the 10.

Keep the chain record. Transaction hashes of deposits, requests for withdrawals and all support responses are the evidence.
