How We Review Web3 Casinos: login, terms, cashier, score
By Elias Varga
The way reviews are organized is the same for all. Login screens are captured and sign-ins classified from what’s shown. Terms are reviewed for clauses defining an account’s lifespan, e.g. restricted countries, verification, withdrawals. The license is quoted as the casino states it and is checked against the regulator’s register. The cashier is reviewed for coins, networks, minimums, fees, the bonus and wagering and a score is given. This page outlines each step, where each fact is taken from, and where the method stops.
The seven steps, in order
- The login screen first. Every login dialog is screenshotted from Ireland, a country none of the ten blocks, as it appears, with the date on the review.
- Classify the sign-in from the screen. Wallet buttons, an email field, a form after the signature: the screen decides the tier, not the casino's marketing. A Connect Wallet button in the cashier is a deposit method and never lifts a casino's tier.
- Read the terms for the three clauses. Restricted countries, verification, withdrawals. Each is quoted with its clause number. Where the terms and the FAQ disagree, the review gives both and says the terms apply.
- Quote the licence and check the register. The licence line is copied verbatim from the casino's site, with the operator's name, and looked up on the regulator's register with the date of the check. No licence stated is written NOT DISCLOSED; a seal that resolves to no register is NOT VERIFIED.
- Read the cashier. Coins, networks, minimums, fees and the withdrawal screen, from a research account opened to read and never to deposit. The screenshot of the withdraw screen sits beside the figure where there is one.
- Read the bonus as a cost. The wagering multiple, the max bet, the time limit and the cap on what can be cashed out, from the bonus terms, so the offer on the card is the offer the terms allow.
- Score, then write the verdict. The score is given last, from the facts above, with an approve-and-reject list of the things that moved it. The verdict never contradicts the facts the review quotes.
The three sign-in tiers
- 10wallet sign-ins, all tier 2
- 1contract-held balance: Just.bet
- 4casinos with a form after the signature
Tier 1: on-chain, no account
The bet is settled by smart contract. The coins are either in your wallet or in a contract controlled by you, until the bet is settled. No reviewed casino is this in full; Just.bet's escrow contract is the closest, and its own terms call it hybrid.
Tier 2: wallet sign-in
Signing a message to log in. Depositing to a balance the casino controls. This is Tier 2. The score, not the tier, separates the reviewed casinos.
Tier 3: account required
An email or password at the door, with crypto only as a deposit rail. A Tier 3 casino would be listed as such. None of the ten reviewed is, but four follow the signature with a form, and the review states which.
The on chain/custodial guide explains what each tier protects. The wallet login ranking orders the ten by what the sign in asks for.
Where each fact in a review comes from
| Fact | Where it is read | What the review shows |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in tier | The casino's own login dialog | The screenshot, the wallet buttons named, the tier |
| Licence | The casino's footer or licence page, then the regulator's register | The licence line verbatim, the operator, the date of the register check |
| Restricted countries | The terms' restricted-countries clause | The count, examples, the clause number |
| Verification | The terms and the AML or KYC policy | When documents can be asked for, with the clause |
| Deposits | The cashier of a research account | Coins, networks, minimums, the deposit screen where shown |
| Withdrawals | The cashier's withdraw screen, the terms, the help centre | Fee, minimum, cap, time and holds, each with its source |
| Bonus | The bonus terms | Wagering, max bet, time limit, cash-out cap |
| Fairness | The casino's fairness page or FAQ | The wording as stated, or that none was found |
| Games | The lobby and provider list | Studio count, originals count, what is provably fair |
Every review carries its date; a casino can change any of these without notice.
What the score out of ten means
It is given last. Scores always follow facts. The approval and rejection lists explain the verdict. The ten casinos reviewed here score between 6.1 and 7.6. They’re a tight group because they all occupy the same tier. The differences between them are in the fine print, not at the door.
What raises it. A wallet at the door with no email, no ID check at sign-up, a license listed on a register, published withdrawal fees and times, a restricted-countries clause, a bonus with reasonable play-through, and tools for limits and self-exclusion.
What lowers it. A fee shown only after you commit, no payout time published, a verification clause that lands at the first withdrawal, a daily cap, a bonus whose winnings are capped at the deposit, a licence stated as none, and a balance that a wallet login cannot protect. Nothing about an affiliate relationship is entered into the score. The disclosure explains the relationship and the links.
Where the method stops
Research accounts read the login and the cashier. They are never used to deposit, bet or withdraw, so no review describes a payout CryptoReel received, how long it took, or how support behaved under pressure. Where a page cites player experience it says so.
Every screenshot comes from Ireland. A casino can show a different cashier, bonus or terms document to another country, and a figure on a review is the figure shown there on the date given.
A register check confirms a licence is current on that date. It says nothing about whether the casino may serve your country, and this site gives no verdict on that for any country.
How reviews are kept current
- Monthly re-check. Every listed casino's login, licence line and domain are re-checked each month. A casino that has closed comes off within the month and goes into the rug-pull guide as a dated fact.
- One date per update. When a review changes, its date changes and so does the sitemap. Figures that depend on a coin rate use the CoinGecko rates named in the footer, refreshed together.
- Corrections by email. A correction that names the page, quotes the figure and points at the clause or screen is checked against the casino's site and applied with a new date. The contact page says what to send.
