These terms apply whenever you use cryptoreel.net. They are short because the site does one thing: it publishes reviews, rankings and guides about casinos you enter with a wallet. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is, and is not

An information site. CryptoReel publishes reviews, rankings and guides about casinos you enter by signing with a wallet, and about the wallets, prompts, fees and risks associated with them. CryptoReel does not operate a casino, take deposits or bets, hold money for anyone, or open, close or pay out any accounts. Nothing on the site is an offer to gamble.

For adults. The site is for readers over 18, and older in any jurisdiction where it is legally required. The site is not for readers in the countries named in the legality guide and on every ranking, nor readers in a country a listed casino blocks in its terms. The site takes no position on the legality of gambling where you are; that is for you and the laws where you live.

Not advice. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Winnings may be taxable where you live; this site is not a tax advisor.

Figures can go out of date

Every page is dated. Figures come from the casino's own site, the wallet maker's or the network's documentation, on or before the date shown under the heading.
Casinos change without notice. Offers, fees, minimums, limits, licence lines and terms can change the day after a page is updated. The casino's current terms are the ones that bind you, and they prevail over anything written here.
Dollar figures are conversions. They use the CoinGecko rates named in the footer. The home page shows live prices from CoinGecko; every other page keeps the dated rate. The real value moves with the market.

CryptoReel endeavors to present correct information and correct what it finds to be incorrect, with a new publication date. CryptoReel does not guarantee that any figure is current when it is read. The contact page provides the means to send a correction.

The casinos are third parties

Every casino on this site is run by a company that is not CryptoReel. Its licence, where it states one, is quoted as it states it and checked on the regulator's register on a dated day; where it states none, the review says so. Nothing on this site is a statement that a casino is licensed, lawful or available where you live.

An account you open, a deposit you make and a bet you place are between you and the casino, under its terms, which you should read. CryptoReel has no access to any casino's systems and cannot act on your behalf.

Wallets, networks and the other outside services described in the guides are likewise third parties, described from their own documentation on a stated date.

Affiliate links

Some links to casinos are affiliate links which run through this site's /go/ links. CryptoReel may earn a commission from an affiliate link if an account is opened and money is played. Affiliate links cost you nothing extra. The affiliate disclosure states which links are affiliate links, how they are distinguished, and which links are not affiliate links.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, CryptoReel disclaims liability for losses incurred from using the data on this site, or from the casinos’ activities, from wallets or networks, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits CryptoReel’s liability for matters which the law does not allow limiting.

External links are provided for reference. CryptoReel is not responsible for the content, terms, or activities of sites that its links lead to. The site’s privacy policy describes what is transferred to third parties when you follow a link.

Copying and quoting

All text, tables, and figures on the site are owned by CryptoReel. You are allowed to quote a small passage and provide a link to the page it is from. You are not allowed to republish a page, a review or a ranking from the site in whole. You are not allowed to present the site’s text as your own.

The screenshots. Casinos’ and wallets’ user interfaces are depicted in screenshots for the purpose of review, and their names and logos are owned by their respective owners. Icons are from the Phosphor set, and are licensed for use under its own licence.

These terms are subject to change, and the date at the top is the last time the terms were modified. The version on the site at the time you are viewing it, is the one in effect. Questions or comments may be directed to the contact page's mailbox.
